What We Do
We remove paint and coatings. That's the whole business.
Most contractors handle a long list of things — painting, carpentry, pressure washing, general remodeling. All of that is important work, but it's not what we do. We focus specifically on paint and coating removal because doing one thing well requires equipment, training, and attention that gets diluted when you try to do everything.
The blasting and stripping equipment we use isn't something most contractors carry. The technique requires specific training to do safely on wood, brick, stucco, metal, and delicate trim. And knowing which method to use on which surface — so the paint comes off without the substrate getting damaged — is its own area of expertise.
If you need a painter, we'd send you to one. If you need old, failing, or unwanted paint gone — cleanly, down to a sound surface — we're the right call.
How We Work
Honest assessments. When we come out to look at your project, we tell you what's actually going on. If removal won't fix your problem — if the surface is damaged rather than just coated, or if a different service is what you actually need — we'll tell you. We'd rather not do a job than do one that won't make you happy.
Firm quotes. The price we quote at the assessment is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no upsells on service day, no scope creep.
Clean worksites. We mask and protect everything that isn't getting stripped, contain the work area, and haul away all the debris. We don't leave your property half-finished, and we don't ask for payment until you've inspected the work.
No damage policy. Our methods are specifically chosen to avoid damaging the surface underneath, adjacent materials, or surrounding landscaping. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
Real availability. When you call, we answer. When we say we'll be there at 9 AM, we're there at 9 AM.
About Pricing
We don't publish pricing on this site because every project is different. A single deck with one coat of failing stain is a different job than a full exterior with decades of layered paint, or a commercial building covered in graffiti. Pricing one without seeing it would either overcharge the simple jobs or underquote the complex ones.
What we will tell you: our pricing is competitive with the small number of other paint removal specialists in the Austin metro area, and often far cheaper than replacing the siding, deck, or fence that homeowners assume is their only option.
A free on-site assessment takes about 20 minutes and gives you a firm written quote. There's no obligation to book. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Where We Work
We serve the greater Austin area, including Downtown, South Congress, East Austin, Westlake, Tarrytown, Circle C, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Dripping Springs. Outside this area we may still be able to help, but we route those jobs less often and lead times may be longer.
